This has to be the best pub in the southern part of weston. Free house with quality smoking area and brilliant rear beer garden. A one bar pub - old fashioned but brilliant. Very much locals but very friendly to visitors. Quiz and games geared to middle aged not young set ( children and dogs made welcome ) . The Sunday bar snacks must be the best in the area !

Popped in completely unexpectedly on New Years Day as we were in Weston and needed to find a loo ! Found the pub online and the rating looked promising. A lovely old fashioned pub with a friendly welcome and a couple of nice real ales at a reasonable price. A bit off the tourist trail but well worth a visit.

Love this pub Mark who works there is a lovely guy who takes the time to talk to people and makes you feel very welcome. Although it is a pub that is quite out the way and alot of locals drink there it is still very welcoming. Would definitely visit again.
